Montville, Maleny & Glasshouse Mtns
Rugged mountains, spectacular views and shopping. What better
way to start off our day than with a tasting of delicious Belgian
chocolate at Cocoa Chocolat. We then visit the delightful towns of
Montville and Maleny where you are free to browse the various art
and craft galleries and speciality shops at your leisure.

Touring
among the majestic peaks named by Captain Cook in 1770, we will
explore some of the 25 million year old volcanic plugs that form the
Glasshouse Mountains. No wonder Matthew Flinders was the first
European to climb one of these peaks.
You’ll enjoy the scenery
changes as we descend the Blackall Range, through eucalypt and
rainforest into the valley which literally contains the fruit bowl of the
Sunshine Coast, with its pineapple, macadamia nut, avocado and
pine tree plantations.
The views from the lookouts are breathtaking,
be sure to bring your camera. What a day!
